Joanna Chan invited to be panelist on AISEC Review Board!

CEPSM’s Joanna Chan has been invited to be a panelist on AISEC Carleton’s Review Board Panel. AISEC is the world’s largest student-run organization. Active in over 1700 universities across more than 107 countries and territories, their international platform enables young people to explore and develop their leadership potential for them to have a positive impact in society. AIESEC uses an innovative approach to engaging and developing today’s youth. By offering opportunities to build extensive international personal networks and explore leadership opportunities, AISEC provides a platform for young people to discover direction and ambition for their futures.

As a member of this Review Board Panel, Joanna will be facilitating AIESEC with the screening and selection process of students hoping to participate in AIESEC’s international exchange program. This program is designed to provide participants with the opportunity to work and live in a foreign country. AISEC enables approximately 3,500 members to work abroad each year in fields of management, technical, education, and development. Joanna was selected based on her long-running active involvement in the international development community as well as her experience as a member of the Ottawa business community.
